Receptionist/ Accounting, Admi Assistant (44761-5)
<Receptionist Job>

· Answer phone calls (this also includes transferring to the appropriate individuals and taking and relaying messages)

· Check each department’s schedule to see who is in the office and who is out

· Greet and take temperature for guests

· Maintain and clean the conference room and make coffee if needed

· Check the mini-refrigerators and make sure the water bottles are properly stocked

· Maintain the cleanliness of the breakroom and front desk area

· Taking out trash from common area Mon-Thu (i.e., breakroom, and conference room.)

· Bring mail and packages to the appropriate employees

· Prepare and give return packages to the appropriate carrier

· Bring payment checks and bills to accounting department

· Take breakroom inventory every Friday and report low inventory items

· Keeping records of office supply inventories, and bathroom inventory

· Maintain janitor and carwash log

<Accounting Job>

· Email parts and service invoices to customers

· Email statements to customers

· Contact customers for updated ways of contact

· Creating monthly binders for Accounting Dept.

· Type up the monthly plant and unit sales

· Assist with filing papers

· Create various excel/word documents whenever needed

<HR/Admin Job>

· Assist with finding and contacting companies for quotes for various services

· Assist with tech issues and help troubleshoot if needed

· Keep up-to-date with and find more information regarding COVID-19 travel
