The role:

We have a dynamic opportunity for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join the Bureau Veritas team at Gauge Circuit, Canning Vale.

 

You will be responsible for managing the front desk along with providing administrative support to the Operations Support Officer and the broader team. As the first point of contact for guests to the site, the ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanour, good organisation skills and an enthusiasm to assist visitors and staff.

 

You will be based in Canning Vale with free onsite parking available.

 

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Receive & welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate BV staff Assist with client and staff events (i.e. workshops, morning teas, lunches) Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Receive and direct deliveries to relevant areas on site Booking & coordination of courier pick ups Receive, sort and distribute daily mail Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Raising of purchase orders, invoices and processing expense claims Processing travel bookings and uniform orders General administration tasks such as filing, printing, biding, photocopying etc. General housekeeping responsibilities for the reception area and meeting rooms

 

What’s needed?

Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:

High level of professionalism Strong written and verbal communication skills A customer & company focussed attitude A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the role Willingness to learn and grow within the role Sound Microsoft Office skills Attention to detail
