Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will assist with greeting visitors, office supplies, vendors, building maintenance and maintaining calendars for conference rooms.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Performs and/or coordinates a variety of advanced administrative duties including accounts payable duties, spreadsheets, filing, Fedex, and other office administrative functions;
• Screens, directs and responds to incoming calls and inquiries;
• Manages incoming and outgoing mail;
• Manages conference and break room facilities;
• Coordinate with vendors to supply vending machine items, coffee
• Coordinate building maintenance;
• Support departments as necessary;
• Other duties as assigned by Management;
Required Skills and Experience:
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred or least 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Treat sensitive or confidential information with appropriate discretion.
• Advanced skill level with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding and exercising confidentiality.
• Ability to take initiative, self-directed, results-oriented and prioritize multiple assignments.
• Applicants must be able to prove U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States.
• Applicants must be able to travel freely and without restrictions inside/outside the United States.
