What you’ll do?
You'll be the face of our front office & welcoming all visitors. (part-time or full-time from Monday to Friday)
Handling company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations with precision and confidentiality.
Assisting with employee file management and processing HR-related documents.
Working closely with Facility, IT and Finance teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Helping issue access cards for employees and visitors.
Managing office supply orders.
Assisting with company events held on-site.
What you’ll bring:
Reliability & Punctuality
1-3 years of administrative/customer facing experience
Excellent communication skills. English Language - C1
Sound knowledge of MS Office is required
University degree in Business Administration or similar is an advantage
