Reception

Responsible for managing the Reception area at the Worcester office. They will receive visitors ensuring they are aware of our visitor regulations and control the booking of meeting rooms/calendars. They are also responsible for communicating with many stakeholders to highlight safety or other concerns to make sure the building and employees are safe. 

Administrator

Responsible for managing the customer facing link of the supply chain with the purpose of providing accurate delivery information and problem solving to achieve consistent successful delivery for our customers with exceptional customer service. They receive communication from internal and external customers by phone or e-mail with the purpose of providing satisfactory solutions.

Education Requirements:

Good basic standard of education including Mathematics, English, Science grade C or above

Confident and professional telephone manner

Working Hours

Monday to Wednesday - 0900-1600

Thursday 0830-1730

Friday 0830-1700
