Receptionist and Administrative Associate

Job Purpose

Provides administrative support mainly for general services and to various sections of company.


Major Responsibilities
General Services

Assist the general services section head. Performs administrative functions necessary for the daily transactions and operations includingbut not limited to daily dispatch and other logistical requirements. Facilitates administrative support to other units such as but not limited to organizing venue,distribution of invites and follow-ups etc. Assist and monitor efficient planning and implementation on the use of company service vehicles. Assist in management of company drivers, messengerial, janitorial and security agency personnel. Assist in overseeing leasehold improvements such as but not limited to troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, complaints and other related concerns. Assist in ensuring building rules and regulations are properly followed and enforced. Assist in monitoring the receipt, pull-out and transfer of office supplies, furniture, fixtures and other office equipment. Assist in the facilitation of company mobile applications, renewals and billings from service providers for payment preparation. Assist in ensuring compliance of BSP/Audit/AMLA and other regulatory documentation requirements, as needed. Handles front desk management including receiving and routing documents and handling of clients. Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned.
