A Day in the LifeAnswer and route all incoming callsWelcome and greet visitors and employees as they enter the officeTimely response to administrative requestsBecome the resident expert for local, regional, and company-wide support functionsNew vendor set-upsProcess project specific badging paperworkSort and distribute mail; scan documents to appropriate departmentsMaintain detailed communication with incoming and outgoing shippingMonitor and distribute electronic fax system as neededCode expense reports, invoices, and credit cards through Chrome RiverSupport marketing needs for sales staffCoordinate office events, visitor lunches, trainings, etc.Manage inventory levels for office/printing/shipping suppliesMaintain office/meeting rooms/break rooms organization and cleanlinessOther projects and assignments as required
