WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RECEPTIONIST
Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails.Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process.Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks.Managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties.Greet residents and visitors and provides the highest standard of customer service to residents and applicantsSchedule appointments, complete follow-up on service requestsFile documents, reports and maintain filing systems as requesteProvide general administrative support to officeMiscellaneous tasks and projects, as assigned
COMPENSATION
$17 - $18 / hourwith an annual bonus that is tied to performanceThis range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position.
