Receptionist - Chinese Bilingual Required
Starting Pay: $25-27 Shift: 1st Shift Chinese Bilingual Required Responsibilities: Receives incoming calls and routes accordingly Greets and assists corporate visitors (customers, clients, vendors, employees, public guests, and applicants) while exercising tact to maintain good relations and a positive professional image. Provides general information and direction to potential candidates/applicants in person and over the phone Issues visitor passes to guests who will be accompanied by an employee beyond the reception area Uses discretion and interpretive judgment in frequent contact with the public Operates paging system and two-way radios Performs clerical support functions to include data entry, file maintenance, and other duties as requested Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct. Preferred Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Years of Related Experience: Typically has 0- 3 years experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic proficiency in the operation of a personal computer in a Windows environment to include Microsoft Office basic programs and Outlook; basic interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interpret customer needs through strong communication and listening skills. Must be able to demonstrate courtesy and tact when dealing with customers in person and over the phone and maintain a professional image and appearance. Having a general understanding of the company's structure and operations is required.
