RECEPTIONIST CUM OFFICE ADMIN
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member, meet and greet customers and visitors. Admin task : Keep record of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain stationery, support to get taxi red invoice, Prepare and control pantry groceries, send Happy birthday email and order vouchers, responsibility for access control. Manage Timesheet, timesheet clarification and parking allowance. Travel coordinator : Arrange/book hotel, airticket and prepare passport & visa application for staffs. Collect and send Claim Insurance file. Newcomer orientation : Admin and Travel. Cooperating with Building Management (submit parking report, OT, Moving goods, Reigiter list etc.) Support SOCOM activities: company events, teambuilding, workshop etc. Support payment request for stationery, visa, airticket etc. Other duties as assigned;
