What you’ll do:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and visitor logs.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are well-maintained.
Support administrative tasks and liaise with different departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience.
What you bring:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Experience in a receptionist, concierge, or front-of-house role.
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reception management systems.
A proactive and friendly attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
