What You'll Do
As a Receptionist Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring that all reception and administrative tasks are executed efficiently, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. You will support BCG staff and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence by facilitating seamless interactions with clients and external visitors.
YOU ARE GOOD AT:
Answering incoming phone calls with professionalism, including client inquiries, lead calls, and general administrative requests;Engaging with visitors, suppliers, couriers, and other external guests in a courteous and professional manner;Ensuring efficient turnaround of all messages and, when necessary, take appropriate actions to ensure urgent messages are relayed without delay;Welcoming guests, verify their identity and inform the appropriate staff member or deal with them as appropriate;Managing the room booking process to ensure all requests are handled in an efficient manner;Processing and coding local and international courier invoices in cooperation with the Finance department.
What You'll Bring
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English (C1 required);Excellent customer service skills (prior experience in front office or customer service is a plus);Intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Who You'll Work With
You will be working within the Operations Department of BCG Milan office, sharing the responsibility for the front desk activities with the current Reception team.
