Including, but not limited to: receptionist duties and general office administration duties. Greets patients and guests. Other responsibilities include general office functions, like answering and directing telephone calls communicating with various departments. Provides general maintenance of the department and office equipment. Performs administrative services to various staff members by getting office supplies and/or other department supplies. Entry level role. Works under immediate supervision. Greets and directs guests and patients. Provides information to patients, guests, vendors, service partners, and employees. Performs receptionist and general office administration duties including, but not limited to answering phones, taking messages, sorting and distributing mail and packages, filing, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels, filling out forms, data entry, as well as, developing documentation and/or communication materials as needed. May serve as back up for other administrative team member(s) as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED Required Licenses and Certifications Current Child Care First Aid within 7 days of date of hire into position 7 Days Required Fingerprint Clearance Card - State Current Arizona Dept. of Health Services Fingerprint Clearance Card Upon Hire Required Food Service\Food Handlers Card - Food Handlers Card Food Handler’s card required within 7 days of employment 7 Days Required
