Job Description

As a Receptionist you will join us to support the Office & Facility Management team to keep our offices running smoothly by carrying out a wide range of administrative, operational managerial tasks. You will be working closely with our Office & Facility Manager and HR team.

Your contribution to something big:

Welcome all guests, tenants, and vendors in a warm and professional manner.Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Coordinate conference room reservations and assist with the setup of equipment and materials as needed.Supervise visitor access and issue visitor access cards.Maintain and update the employee and visitor database, ensuring accuracy of information.Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.Assist with maintaining office supplies inventory, placing orders, and liaising with vendors.Continuously seek opportunities to improve reception processes and procedures.Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
