**This is a regular, full-time position at the Optometry Clinic in McAlester | Schedule is M-F 8-4:30** **Pay will start anywhere from $15 - $16 per hour** **Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position.** **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Responsible for greeting, directing, giving information to patients, visitors, and staff. You will report to the Dental Supervisor. **Primary Tasks:** + You will receive all incoming calls and personal visitors and determine the nature of the call or visit. + Greet and direct all patients and answer routine inquiries. + Receive mail and distributing to correct parties. + You will maintain supplies/inventory + Enter, access and retrieve data using the computer. + Have other responsibilities as assigned within scope and competency of the associate. **Required Education** **and experience:** + High School Diploma or GED + Required, i.e. Word, Excel + Demonstrate and function under stressful situations + Maintain knowledge of all policies and safety codes of the facility + One year prior office experience About the Choctaw Nation The Choctaw Nation is the third-largest Indian nation in the United States, with over 200,000 tribal members and more than 11,000 employees.
