Job Summary:

In this role, you will perform clerical, reception, scheduling, and patient financial account tasks in an outpatient setting. You will help coordinate primary healthcare services for a diverse outpatient population.

Qualifications and Core Competencies:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous training in general medical office skills is a plus. Familiarity with medical terminology is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience: One to two years of experience in an outpatient care environment is preferred. Relevant experience may include cashier duties, basic account management, billing, filing, reception, telephone handling, or computer operations.
