Key Responsibilities:
Client and Visitor Interaction:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously. Maintain the reception area and all common areas are welcoming, clean, and organized at all timesAdministrative Support:
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor logs/requests and calls received Receive, sort, and route mail and packages Assist accounting in data entry and issuing Purchase Orders General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, filing Provide administrative assistance and support to team members as neededQualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in an office environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality Excellent telephone etiquette, and professionalism Excellent customer service skills and service-minded Must have a team player attitude, and be willing to help out Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
