Job Details A receptionist's duties encompass greeting visitors, answering phones, managing call transfers, handling mail, and providing administrative support, while essential skills include strong communication, organizational abilities, and customer service skills. Receptionist Duties: Front Desk Management: Greeting and directing visitors. Managing the flow of people entering and exiting the building. Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized. Telephone Management: Answering and transferring phone calls. Taking and relaying messages accurately and promptly. Paging overhead Administrative Support: Providing support to other departments Handling mail and deliveries. Customer Service: Providing information and assistance to visitors and clients. Addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally residents, visitors & staff. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities. Attention to detail. Customer Service Skills: Friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to handle visitor/resident inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Salary Range USD $24.89 - USD $24.89 /Hr.
