Position Summary: Our busy Dermatology office is a looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team. We are wanting a receptionist who is friendly, reliable, hard-working, and who is pleasant with patients. Experience in a medical office setting is strongly preferred but not required. Applicants should have great people skills, be service-oriented, and must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure

Essential Job Functions: Responsible for opening and closing the office, according to office guidelines Be present and punctual to all shifts Patient check-in/out for multiple providers. Answering patient phone calls, questions and leaving messages for other staff. Scheduling appointments for multiple locations and providers Collecting co-pays and balances at time-of-service Data entry, maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information. Must be a self-motivated individual, positive, happy and upbeat. Ability to adapt to change.

Qualifications: Great customer service skills Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Phone experience Computer proficiency Ability to multi-task in a busy, high demand work setting Responds promptly to the needs of others and looks for ways to help and serve. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing day to day task

Hours: The shift is 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday in our Lehi office, approximately 20 hrs. Current position is for part time but has the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
