Receptionist - Red Rock Financial Services

Job Overview:

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing time effectively, and maintaining strong organizational skills. The receptionist will demonstrate the ability to solve problems proactively, ensure accuracy in all tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality results with attention to detail.

 

Compensation: $16-$18 per hour

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

Must be able to sit for long periods at the front desk with a pleasant disposition. Must be calm and able to handle many functions at one time. Must be willing to stand, open the door, and greet incoming visitors. Must be able to hear in order to receive telephone calls. Must answer incoming calls immediately. Handle and distribute urgent mail, packages, checks, and other business documents. Complete data entry into various company systems in support of business needs. Label, fold, and distribute business mail as directed. Work effectively with co-workers, clients, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; being willing to accept other tasks when requested, and respecting the diversity of our workforce in actions, words, and deeds. Attend all company mandatory functions. Cross-trained in other facility-related duties and responsibilities. Comply with company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven ability to identify problems, gather relevant data, analyze information, and draw accurate, data-driven conclusions. Strong communication, verbal and written, and interpersonal skills are essential. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Responsible for maintaining company, resident, and staff confidentiality. Telephone etiquette, resident database resources, and basic understanding of office equipment. Bilingual preferred.

 

Physical Requirements:

Position involves sitting, standing, and/or movement throughout the day. Must be able to transport yourself not only around the office but also around the Community Association. Duties of maintaining files and records will involve stooping, bending, lifting, grasping, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects weighing as much as 45 lbs.

 

Work Location: 770 E. Warm Springs Rd #320, Las Vegas, NV 89118

 

Work Hours:  Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
