Wesley Chapel Chevrolet, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has an immediate opening for a Receptionist. We are looking for an individual who is friendly, professional and enjoys working with customers.

Receptionist/Greeter Responsibilities:

Welcome client’s when they arriveDetermine the nature of the client’s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/areaProvide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of serviceTake thorough messages and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely mannerProvide administrative support to the staff when necessaryMaintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areasSpecial projects as assigned

Schedule:

Sat. – 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Sun. – 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

+ during the week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Qualifications:

Communication skills – communicate effectively with othersTime Management – ability to manage one’s own timeAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence18 years of age or older

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
