Hours: 7:30am - 4pm

*** $3/per hour Attendance Bonus ***

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the administration of the reception area including answering phones, greeting, and helping visitors. 

 

RESPONSBILITIES:

Greeting and helping visitors

Answering and managing phone

Handling Post Office Mail and UPS – incoming and outgoing

Facilitate customer service efforts with employees as required

Data Entry

Maintain Copier, Fax and other machines

Greeting applicants

Assisting in application process as needed

Typing, correspondence and other office duties as assigned by office personnel

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Education or equivalent experience in HR processes, laws and regulations preferred.

Experience: At least one year of office and customer service experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to operate multi-line phone system.

Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be positive and pleasant, both in person and on the phone. Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities beneficial.

Other Skills: Self-motivated; Ability to work with limited supervision. Good phone etiquette. Ability to operate multi-line phone system. Ability to multi-task.
