Temporary Front Office Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Duration: 2 months
We are seeking candidates who are professional, dependable, with strong work ethics and looking for an opportunity to work for an established Company. Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external clients and excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Answers, screen and transfer callsGreet clients upon arrival and connect them with the appropriate partyProvides general information to public, clients or department as neededAssist with ordering office supplies and daily catering for several departmentsMaintain company roster, order business cards, name plates and oversee discount ticketsMaintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook in/ out for guest, issue guest badges for visitors and clientsReceives and handles in/ out going mail Maintain the cleanliness of the reception, and maintain supplies as neededOrder sympathy/get well flowers/plants for employeesSend badge extension requests to HR/facilities as neededOther administrative duties as assignedQualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).Prior office experience (required) minimum 2 years in similar capacityProficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Oracle proficiency is desirableExcellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlinesMust be detail-orientedAble to deal with multiple personalities on a daily basisPay range: $20/hour to $25/hour
