Receptionist weekends 9A-530P
The Receptionist is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities including but not limited to customer service, answering and directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Answers and directs the callers to the appropriate associates directing to voicemail and taking messages when required. + Greets screens and directs visitors to the company. + Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information. + Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications. + Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) + May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating. + Applies “5 Star” customer service approach in all aspects of job. + Actively supports Bear Mountain commitment to providing “5 Star” service on all quality objectives, with an emphasis on continual improvement. + Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct. + Reports to the appropriate managers any known or suspected violations of policy and procedures, regulations or standards of conduct. + Performs additional duties as assigned. Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. + Ability to work with Microsoft Office and other software programs. Demonstrated keyboarding skills required.
