Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: 

 

As part of our Global Legal team, you will look behind the scenes to experience the work of an in-house lawyer and gain a unique insight into the day-to-day business of an international corporate legal department. Together with a team of experts, you will support our business leaders as a close partner in challenging legal matters and provide pragmatic legal advice. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

 

Support of the department in all legal matters of daily business operations including cross functional and exceptional tasks  Support of strategic projects, providing clear as well as business-minded legal advice to business-, function-, and project stakeholders  Research activities in national and international context  Active support and close cooperation with other Global Legal team members 

 

Key Relationships:  

 

Local and global business leaders  Local authorities  Local Works Councils (adidas AG)  Global Legal   Local and global HR Partners  Respective business areas as defined

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

 

First state examination in law (ideally "fully satisfactory")  Ideally, relevant professional experience, preferably in an international company or in an international law firm  first legal clerk traineeship completed (ideally applying for second legal clerk traineeship/"Wahlstation")
