Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Granulation Operator to join their team. As a Granulation Operator, you will be part of the production department, playing a critical role in the granulation phase of manufacturing. Job Title: Granulation Operator

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Pay Range: $20 per hour
Shifts: 12-hour shifts, including weekends

What’s the Job? Weighing and verifying raw materials according to batch records. Operating granulation equipment including mixers, granulators, dryers, and mills. Performing dry mixing, wet granulation, drying, milling/sieving, and final blending. Conducting in-process quality checks such as LOD, SIFT, and compaction testing. Cleaning equipment and maintaining accurate batch documentation per GMP and SOPs. Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot issues.What’s Needed? Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food industries. Familiarity with GMP and SOP-driven environments. Ability to operate and troubleshoot granulation equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and wear PPE. Willingness to work weekend shifts consistently. Experience or ability to perform LOD, SIFT, or compaction testing.
