Description At Amazon, we're seeking a Manager to drive our ReCommerce Planning & Execution operations. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing short, medium, and long-term planning strategies, ensuring operational excellence in our reverse logistics network. Key job responsibilities Drive operational planning and execution for ReCommerce operations; Lead meetings and coordinate cross-functional alignment; Develop and implement demand forecasting strategies for Re-commerce; Manage inventory Healthy planning and optimization; Create and maintain performance metrics and KPIs; Partner with Fcs and Sales teams for portfolio management. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's Degrees; - English Advanced; - Excel Advanced and SQL knowledge. - Program or project management experience; - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements; - Supply chain experience; - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications - Experience driving process improvements; - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
