Day in the Life:    

As a Lead Reconciliation Analyst, you'll serve as the primary liaison for independent pharmacies. Your role will involve engaging with pharmacy owners, accountants, pharmacy technicians, and other support personnel. You'll maintain regular communication and provide updates on assigned accounts, focusing on reviewing pharmacy accounts and addressing Aged Receivables. Serve as the main point of contact for pharmacy customers, using various communication tools such as phone, email, and software to ensure accurate claims reconciliation. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify, track, and resolve technical and nontechnical issues, running reports as necessary. Collaborate with Omnicell teams and mentor colleagues to drive continuous improvement. Enjoy a welcoming and collaborative in-office environment.

Basic Qualifications 

1-2 years experience in a professional customer service environment  Experience using MS Word, Outlook, and Excel  High School diploma or GED

 

Preferred Qualifications 

Pharmacy industry knowledge  Management of direct or indirect reports  Experience in reconciliation  Excellent typing skills, such as 10 key by touch data entry

 

Pay 

$17/hr; Benefits package includes quarterly bonus program, paid time off, health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement savings program and employer 401k matching, $500 wellness stipend, employee stock purchasing plan, and more.
