Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Reconciliation Clerk.

Responsibilities

The Reconciliation Specialist will  provide the Receiving department with administrative support including computer file maintenance and general office duties.  The selected canidadte should possess the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to frequent shifts in priorities.  Must be energetic, work at a fast pace and possess good communication and organizational skills.

Help manage Purchase Order Confirmations, which include quantity changes, and adding/deleting itemsPerform verification and reconciliation of accountsProcess and reconcile transactions of complex natureManages Vendor discrepancies, which include creating Purchase OrdersManages/Solves team member discrepancies, which include creating Purchase Order and maintaining inventory integrityMaintains appropriate files, reports, documentation and dataEnsure follow-up action as and when necessarySupport Receiving department with communications between Receiving, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting and VendorsGood communication skills necessarySelf-motivated with analytical skills and a desire to grow and move up in the organizationStrong multi-tasking skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a team based environmentStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word Business Objects experience helpfulAccounting, Operations or Purchasing experience a plusOther duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

 

Repetitive use of hands and arms Eye strain from continual computer use Physical ability to lift 10 to 15 lbsHigh School education or equivalent required Minimum work experience of two to three years Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouseMaintain and promote workplace safetySecuring and transferring cash or other assets.
