Role - Reconciliation Analyst Work Location - Chennai Shift Timings: - 9:30 AM – 6: 30 PM / 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM ( IST ) Job Description: + Responsible for Reconciliations to Custodian & third parties (cash, asset, and market value) and analysis. + Break assignment and resolution of reconciliation breaks. + Participate in monthly accounting, cash projection reports, cash management support, monthly end-client statement delivery, and ad hoc reporting. + Focus on gaining Front Office/Middle office exposure + Independently review exceptions and provide resolution. + Escalates complex transactions to senior team members. + Someone who is comfortable operating in a process driven / run the bank role, dealing with, and resolving real-time BAU production issues. Key Performance Indicators: + Key performance indicators and service level targets met. + Assigned project deliveries within agreed timescales. Skills/ Knowledge: + Excellent communication skills - verbal & written. + Excellent organizational, time management and decision-making skills. + Knowledge of Accounting/Recon tools with respect to Cash Reconciliation (MT950's) & Asset Reconciliation (MT535's) + An understanding of the investment management process across the full range of asset classes and client types. + Strong IT literacy as a business user. + Self-motivated and proactive. Experience & Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. + 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. + Aladdin experience is a plus.
