Reconditioning Manager Compensation and Benefits

Pay – $ 75K to $90K Per Year  Health, vision, dental, and life insurance you can select a plan that best suits your lifestyle and your family needs after only 30 days of employment! 401K- we will match 100% of what you contribute up to 4%. Reconditioning Manager Qualifications

4-5 years’ experience at a major franchise dealership as a service writer or service supervisor 1-2 years’ supervisory experience in the automotive industry Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word), and inventory control Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – Previous roles in vehicle reconditioning, and Management

Reconditioning Manager Responsibilities

Coordinates automotive repair, service, and reconditioning to obtain maximum utilization of automotive equipment and personnel Schedule and coordinate repairs by priority, assigning the most qualified technicians to achieve the highest quality repairs at the lowest cost Supervises the training of service technicians with in house training programs Maintain proper accounting of service technician productivity Evaluate repair estimates for accuracy and efficacy
