Finance Services Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will support the successful execution of Record to Report activities within the Retained Organization. This will involve close collaboration with the local retained finance organization.The work model for the role is hybrid.You will be mainly accountable for:•Performing R2R activities not covered by Hub / CoE, assisting in preparation of transfer price documentation, Multi-GAAP accounting & reporting support•Supporting account for Leases and assist with physical asset inventory, and request manual postings, and calculation of certain accruals and provisions•Complying with Internal control aspects related to R2R •Assisting with local Cost Accounting activities, local IS (ERP) in any testing of division-led solutions, assigning and managing user roles, etc.You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Accounting Qualification recommended3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis Experience in multi-national environment a plus (incl. Shared Services Centres)Strong and solid SOX knowledge/experienceFluent in EnglishStrong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, PowerPointAnalytical skills
