**Your role and responsibilities**
Role Description
We seek an experienced Record to Report (RTR) SME to join our Finance Business Process Outsourcing team. This role involves engaging directly with our clients, driving standard process and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess deep RTR process understanding, strong analytical capabilities, leadership and project management qualities, and significant experience in this field.
Role Responsibilities
A. High Level Record to Report
• Engaging actively in client workshops to gather insights and collaboratively define As IS and TO Be Process incl uding transformation roadmap
• Collaborate with clients to identify and address RTR challenges
• Provide guidance on RTR processes, including golden/ standard process and controls and providing input how to improve maturity of process and performing benchmarking and analysis
B. Detailed Tasks
• Conducting analyses of existing procedures compared to standards in designing To Be Process
• Develop L4/L5 process maps to document and improve RTR processes
• Identify and address process gaps and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance RTR efficiency and effectiveness including process reengineering, transformation, and automation
• Perform data and process analysis to assess the current maturity of RTR operations
• Compare the results against industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement
C. Client Support
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure their needs are met
• Influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve RTR processes
• Establish yourself as a thought leader and trusted expert in the RTR space by
D. Project Management
• Lead and engage client discussions to agree on final solution, and process design
• Managing intricate change programs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process changes
• Prompt resolution of urgent matters accompanied by risk mitigation action plan.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and with quality
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Role Requirements
A. Essential Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in RTR, preferably in a financial services or outsourcing
or shared services environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in SME capacity
• Proven expertise in RTR processes (Journal Entries, Balance Sheet
Reconciliations, Month-End Close activities, Intercompany Accounting, Fixed
Assets, Financial Planning and Analysis, Audit support, Statutory support,
Financial Statement preparation, reporting and analysis)
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Preferably Certified Public Accountant or equivalent academic background like
BS in Accountancy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Work Environment: Hybrid, 3x In Office
• Work Hours: Standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
