Description • Education: o Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Records, Behavioral Health, or a related field. o Certification in Health Information Management (e.g., RHIA, RHIT) is a plus but not required. • Experience: o At least 1-2 years of experience working with clinical records, medical documentation, or utilization review, preferably in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or healthcare settings. o Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and record-keeping processes. o Experience with insurance authorization processes and payer requirements is highly desirable. • Skills: o Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately analyze and process clinical records and documentation. o Knowledge of ABA therapy principles and treatment methodologies is beneficial but not required. o Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards, payer requirements, and utilization review processes. o Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. o Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, insurance providers, and other stakeholders. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, etc.).
