Reporting to the Manager of Records and Registration, the Records & Enrolment Adviser is a member of a team which provides a comprehensive range of support services within the Office of the Registrar to advise, guide and support a diverse population of domestic and international students. As a records expert, the incumbent provides specialized student record services including the maintenance of accurate Student Information System (SIS) records throughout the life cycle of the student, from enrolment through to graduation, according to academic policies and procedures, and Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU) regulations.

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
Must possess a minimum 3-year diploma/degree in education, social sciences, information technology, business administration, or a related field; Must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in an education environment processing complex, specialized information (equivalencies to be considered); Must have proficiency in operating a computer and relevant software packages as well as functional knowledge of a Student Information System (SIS) is required; Candidates with advanced knowledge of the PeopleSoft Student Administration module are preferred.
