The Risk Chief Administrative Office provides support to the Risk organization with a focus on governance, control effectiveness, regulatory engagement, risk communications, and financial performance including resource management.
The Resource and Business Office Management team within CAO office has strategic and operational responsibilities to support Citi Chief Risk Officer and the Independent Risk organization to achieve its priorities and liaise with HR, Finance, O&T, ESPA and all Risk CROs by managing resources, accountability, business and strategic planning and analysis, resilience, and overall business office management.
The Records Management Officer (RMO) supports the Risk organization by coordinating records management activities, policy requirements and controls across all Risk stripes globally. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large organization within Citi and to be part of a dynamic controls team.
**The RMO’s primary responsibilities include:**
+ Works closely with the Records Management Program Lead (RMPL) and the Risk’s controls organization to coordinate records management activities and controls across Risk
+ Acts as subject matter expert and advisor for the Record Management Units (RMUs) across Risk, to ensure consistent processes, and a robust control environment
+ Assists with the design, development, delivery and maintenance of Records Management procedures and processes
+ Monitors adherence to Citi’s Records Management policies, standards and procedures
+ Produce monthly reporting to assist with management oversight, controls, and MCA testing requirements
+ Liaise with Legal and key stakeholders to manage legal holds across RMUs when required
+ Investigates and assists with remediating Records Management issues
+ Assists with Legal and regulatory inquiries, including preparing responses and reporting

**Experience:**
+ Experience working in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:
+ Records Management coverage
+ Internal Audit, issues management, or controls and governance
+ Policy, procedures, and process
**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years relevant work experience in Business Risk & Controls
+ MS Excel, MS Access, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic a plus. 5+ years’ experience in financial services.
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
+ Effective organizational influencing skills required.
+ Third party vendor management preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead global team efforts
+ Excellent problem solving skills Ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
