Records Management & Data Integrity supporter (1-year cover)

If yes, then you might be the colleague we seek to join the Records Management Physical team in a 1-year temporary position, starting on April 1st, 2025. 

 

The Position
As Records Management & Data Integrity supporter, you will become part of the Records Management Physical team with responsibility of supporting departments in Novo Nordisk with expert knowledge on records management and data integrity.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Handling physical and electronic GxP records and providing quality control checks. Advising stakeholders across the globe on how to work with records management of both paper and electronic documentation.  Assisting the company during inspections by retrieving requested records. Carry out/take responsibility for ad hoc tasks within records management. 

 

Your primary workplace will be the Central Archive in Bagsværd with one workday/week expected at our site in Måløv.

 

Qualifications

The ideal new member of our team will have: Knowledge of records management, data integrity and archiving processes. Eye for details, systematic, high integrity and an analytical mindset. Experience in working with data, structuring files, and use databases. Experience in computer systems and/or strong knowledge of excel is considered a plus. Knowledge of GxP and Pharma processes.

 

We imagine that the matching candidate has a background as librarian, archivist, historian or similar.

We expect excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
