ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.
ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

The Recovery & Analysis Supervisor has oversight of recovery and analysis process and practices associated with the recovery of intercompany/intracompany services within Financial Services GBC India.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Recovery & Analysis Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
Process Oversight: Oversee the time writing coordination, project set-up, maintenance, and stewardship processes
Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and billing system maintenance
Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and productivity, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve complex recovery inquiries and issues escalated by the team
Compliance: Ensure all work processes comply with relevant process controls requirements
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on recovery and analysis activities to senior management
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
About you
Required qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Accounting / Finance activities preferably in cost recovery, billing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role; preferably within the oil and gas industry
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
Skills:
Familiarity with accounting principles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus Experience with SAP, Group Reporting, Blackline, Workiva or analytics tools such as Power BI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Resilience, flexibility, and agility
Preferred Skills ( Good to have )
1. A degree from a university in the U.S., U.K., Australia or other English speaking international institution;
2. You are a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
