Recovery Center Supervisor - Ontario Connections Finger Lakes Addiction Counseling and Referral Agency Inc Canandaigua, NY (Onsite) Full-Time $23.00 - $25.00/Hour Apply Now (https://flacra.jobs.net/apply/j3v2gl5wgb4pjgtx223?ipath=CR¬ify=true&siteid=cbnsv) Job Details Job Summary: In accordance with the organization’s mission, vision and values, the Recovery Center Supervisor, Connections Ontario is responsible for oversight of the Recovery Community Center located at 64 West Ave, Canandaigua, NY. The Recovery Center Supervisor, Connections Ontario will assure agency & program compliance and fidelity in strategic business goals Minimum Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a CRPA/ CRPA-P. A valid NYS Driver’s License is required. Associate's degree in health or human services, along with 2 years of behavioral health management or Peer Leadership preferred. Preference will be given to applicants who are already Qualified Health Professionals. Availability Requirement: Candidates must be available to work Sunday through Thursday 8am - 4pm. Job Requirements: Duties: 1. Facilitates motivational team building and group supervision. 2. Assures programmatic success of Connections Ontario with attaining monthly program performance and statistical goals and objectives. 3. Collects and reports monthly data to Sr. Director and Executive Management to ensure strategic goals are being attained. 4. Provides direct oversite to Peers on a regular basis by various audits and observations and coordinates appropriate support/supervision as/if needed. 5. Maintain knowledge of agency developments and community needs. 6. Responsible for recruitment and retention of Volunteers for Connections Ontario. The Recovery Center Supervisor, Connections Ontario will lead record creation and record keeping for Volunteer data. 7. Maintain required reporting, records and statistics as directed. 8. Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Public Relations department and participate in community presentations and training programs 9. Complete staff evaluations as prescribed by the agency. 10. Lead and participate in general, staff, in-service, and supervisory meetings held by the Agency. 11. Maintain required reporting, records and statistics as directed. 12. Develops and maintains positive and effective relationships with community groups, referral sources and service agencies. 13. Recruit, screen, and interview prospective staff (CRPA) for agency programming. 14. Assess staff training needs and assist in the development of those needs. Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency, Inc. (FLACRA) 15. Participate in community presentations and training programs. 16. Assess staff training needs and assist in the development of those needs. 17. Training of all new direct reports. 18. Maintain program functioning through appropriate staff scheduling 19. Contribute to the development and implementation of Connections and assure that all policies, procedures, and practices conform to Federal, State, county and local laws and codes. 20. Responsible for providing a positive work environment reflective of the organization’s mission and values. 21. Ensures staff complete appropriate follow-up with all referral sources to advise of referent status and to request and receive additional required information and/or documents. 22. Responsible for professional development and growth of assigned program staff. 23. Perform other duties and functions as directed. Other Skills/Knowledge and Experience: 1. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with culturally diverse persons, staff and community service providers. 2. Knowledge of and experience with the behavioral health system. 3. Proficient computer skills to generate reports and produce electronic records. 4. Ability to multi-task, have good problem solving & time management skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. E-record competency. 7.
