About the RoleAs an Alcohol Recovery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting people on their recovery journey. Your work will focus on helping individuals to build resilience, reduce alcohol-related harm, and achieve long-term recovery. You will:
Carry out assessments of need, including current use, history, health, and social situation.
Develop personalised recovery plans in collaboration with service users.
Deliver one-to-one and group alcohol-specific interventions.
Run recovery pods and community groups to support people at different stages of their journey.
Provide outreach to individuals, including those engaged in street drinking, supporting them to connect with treatment.
Work closely with local agencies and partners to build effective care pathways.
Promote safer choices, peer support and lasting recovery.
Location: Coventry
Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range*: £27,861.26 – £32,002.35 (dependent on experience)
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
