Summary:

The Latitude System Support Analyst position is a senior level position that primarily serves as a medium level technical support representative for issues pertaining to Latitude and associated third-party software products. The position requires an understanding of technical support processes, service level procedures, and problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities:

Help Diagnose and correct the root cause of issues in third party software products including, but not limited to LatitudeCoordinate with vendors and partners to resolve problems and organize product upgrades and installationsMaintain the integrity, security, and performance of the designated third-party software environmentsAdvise and educate end users and customers on the capabilities and use of designated third party software productsProvide off-hours support and installations as requiredEnsure daily run activities are carried out accurately and properlyDevelop system and workflow documentationServe as technical backup for Lead Latitude Administrator to ensure stability and operation.Other tasks as assigned by management
 

Qualifications/Skills:

Knowledge of Latitude and associated interfaces, including; workflow, workflow designer, reporting console, reporting console and Latitude agency interfaceUnderstanding of client/server, web, and database architecturesExperience with Latitude or an equivalent recovery systemProficient knowledge with database design and query logic for Microsoft SQL ServerAbility to manage multiple simultaneous projects such as the deployment of upgrades and newinstallations while providing end-user support via a ticketing systemExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong sense of urgency in responding to and correcting software issuesDedicated focus on customer satisfaction1-3 years’ experience implementing, administering, supporting, and maintaining third party software productsDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team oriented environmentDemonstrated ability to prioritize and remain focused in a dynamic, fast paced environmentDemonstrated ability to multi-task and resolve issues in a timely manner

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field2+ years of combined experience in mortgage or IT supporting mortgage servicing
