Summary This position is located at Fort Bliss Rod and Gun Club. Responsibilities Provide instructions on rules and safety of the ranges. Stock clay target machines. Clean and maintain the ranges (pull weeds, pick up brass, shotgun hauls, sweep, remove trash and other cleaning required). Assist customers by pulling for Trap, skeet and 5-Stand. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications ** Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications criteria below.** -Applicant must be 18 year of age, have a valid motor vehicle license. -Must possess good customer service skills. -Knowledge and ability to use a computer and cash register. Highly qualified individuals will have at least 6 months experience performing related duties described above to include knowledge of paintball and clay target sports. WORKING CONDITIONS: Duties are performed indoor and outdoor. Duties involve everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of recreation activities. May be exposed to inclement weather when assisting patrons on the ranges. Proper clothing is to be worn for weather temperatures. Heated building is available for warm-up. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
