Responsibilities Assistant the Facilities Operations Team Leader who makes specific assignments, explains policies and procedures and reviews work for quantity and quality of completed projects Issues/receives recreational equipment to authorized users. Collects applicable fees for items issued accounts for monies collected safeguards funds and makes daily bank deposits Clean recreation equipment supplies and facility area. Operates equipment and performs self-help maintenance on facilities and equipment. Policies interior and exterior areas of building and grounds and performs general housekeeping to make facilities/playing fields/pools/outdoor courts ready for use. Monitors inventories and number and condition of items on hand. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Qualification Requirements: Demonstrated ability to performs the duties described above. Must have and retain a valid drivers license. Highly Preferred: Must have at least 2 years' experience using RecTrac and or Conqueror point of sale systems. Must have 2 years cash handling experience. Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds. Must be available to work rotating shifts to include nights, holidays, weekdays, and weekends. Must possess and have the ability to maintain a valid driver's license. PCS Costs Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs , based on a determination that a PCS move not in the Government's interest. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
