Join our exciting team as a Water Sport Attendant in the beautiful Mai Khao, Thailand! We're looking for an energetic and safety-conscious individual to assist guests with various water sports activities while ensuring their safety and enjoyment.

Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests participating in water sports activitiesDemonstrate and explain the proper use of water sports equipment to ensure guest safetyConduct regular equipment checks and perform basic maintenance tasksMonitor water conditions and weather forecasts to ensure safe operating conditionsEnforce safety rules and regulations for all water activitiesAssist in setting up and breaking down equipment for daily operationsRespond promptly to emergencies and provide basic first aid when necessaryMaintain a clean and organized beach areaPromote additional resort services and activities to enhance guest experienceCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

QualificationsThai Nationality OnlyHigh school diploma or equivalentWater safety certification (e.g., lifeguard certification) requiredPrior experience in water sports or related outdoor activities preferredStrong swimming skills and physical fitnessProficiency in operating and maintaining various water sports equipmentBasic first aid and CPR certificationExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a tropical beach environment and withstand prolonged sun exposureKnowledge of various water sports activities and safety protocolsFluency in English; additional language skills (especially Thai) are a plusFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as neededPositive attitude and ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressure
