Hiring Unit:
Athletics and Recreation
Position Summary:
Assist with daily operations and promotion of recreational activities and events
Ensure proper setup of sporting equipment and facilities
Assist with equipment inventory and quality control
Assist with emergency procedures
Document and report any program-related issues
Supply a nightly report of activities
Provide good customer service
Report to Intramural Assistant Manager
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
Referee experience and/or relevant sport experience required (2-3 years).
Experience with the McGill Intramural Community (asset)
Familiarity with Intramural management platforms (asset)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with participants
Knowledge of French and English. McGill University is an English-language university where day-to-day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing
