Position Requirements:

2+ years of management experience in a recreational or similar environment.

Strong customer service and communication skills, with a proven ability to resolve issues and manage difficult situations professionally.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Strong organizational skills

Knowledge of recreation programming, facility management, and budgeting is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A degree in Recreation Management, Sports Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
