Associa is currently looking for a Recreation Attendant to join our team in Saratoga Springs, UT.

\nOur Recreation Attendants make a significant impact through the work they do, such as:
\n\nResponsible for regular contact with residents and guests using clubhouse facilities. Works very closely with the Lifestyle Director.\nResponsible for the cleanliness of the club facility’s interior/exterior and its furniture and equipment which includes, however is not limited, to the following:\n\nPool/ Spa:
\n\nHose down pool/ spa deck twice per week in accordance with the daily weekly duties schedule. · Test chemical levels daily.\nCheck water temperature twice daily.\nAdd water to pool and spa (by hose) to proper fill line.\nStraighten pool area furniture, close umbrellas nightly (remove and store in high winds or inclement weather).\nEmpty trash cans.\n\n\nGeneral Duties (Interior):
\n\nInforms residents and guests of Rules & Regulations as needed.\nRequests proof of membership to club facilities by requesting to see Association issued photo ID cards or a valid guest pass.\nClean interior and exterior of all accessible glass windows and doors.\nSweep and mop/ polish non-carpeted floors.\nSpot clean/ vacuum carpet as needed.\nSpot clean any marks on the walls.\nEmpty wastebaskets/ trash cans as needed.\nRemove any cob webs.\nReplace accessible lamps/ light bulbs that have burned out.\nReport any shortage of supplies to the Assistant General Manager.\nReport any major (or structural) problems you notice.\n\n Requirements\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). \nProfessional customer service skills. \nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level. \nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. \nTime management and time critical prioritization skills. \nBilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent)\n\n
