You will lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Collaborating closely with the People and Culture team, you will develop innovative sourcing strategies, build partnerships with the hiring leaders, and enhance our recruitment processes. Your efforts will support the growth and success of WesleyLife at Home by ensuring we have the best possible team members to serve our clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.  Develop Sourcing Strategies: Implement innovative sourcing tactics to attract high-quality candidates, including internal and external methods, job fairs, social media, and partnerships with schools and community groups.  Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a responsive and engaging recruitment process, providing candidates with all necessary information and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.  Support Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify current and future staffing needs, particularly for new services and growth areas.  Foster Partnerships: Help maintain relationships with educational institutions and community organizations to create a strong pipeline of future candidates.  Optimize Onboarding: Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure new hires are well-integrated and supported from day one.

Qualifications: 

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in healthcare or a similar field.  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with team members.  Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.  Experience in workforce planning and partnership development is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00 / hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.  Daily Pay: Use this free app to access your wages before payday to handle unexpected expenses.
