Meet or Exceed Targets Set Will handle entry-level bulk-hiring requirements of Customer Service professionals Identify, source and recruit Customer Service Professionals for the job requirements of our partner BPO / Call Center clients Conducts Initial & Final Screening of candidates for Call Center Agent positions via Group or Individual Interviews Conducts ACES and Client approved tests to qualified candidates for Client Endorsements Conducts and Provides Coaching to All Endorsed Candidates to ensure that candidate has proper understanding of the Role they are profiled for Takes ownership over Endorsed Candidates (Endorsement Stage to Completing 3 months of Employment) Attends to pertinent related activities and administrative tasks
