Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a temporary to permanent Recruiter to support their busy team in Arlington, VA!

Responsibilities:

Support full-cycle recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and logistics.Review and screen resumes, manage all internal notes, and schedule interviews.Support onboarding; assist with completing new hire and employment paperwork.Research sourcing options and track candidate activity.Assist with planning and participate in college fairs and other recruiting events.Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

3+ years of proven recruitment experience is required.A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.Proficiency in MS Office products is required.Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.Personable with an ability to relate to others.

Position Information:
